1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by mt966, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Account Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting mt966 customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to a verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. mt966 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive account balances as detailed in the current fee schedule available from customer support.

4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

mt966 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. The following requirements apply:

• Verification Trigger: KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal from an mt966 account, regardless of the amount requested.
• Accepted Documents: mt966 accepts the following official Indonesian identity documents: National Identity Card (KTP), valid Indonesian passport, or valid Indonesian driving licence (SIM). Documents must be current, unaltered, and clearly legible.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

• mt966 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your mt966 account dashboard.
• Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallets are typically credited within 1–5 minutes. Delays caused by third-party banking systems are outside mt966's control, though our support team will assist in tracing any delayed transactions.
• mt966 does not charge a processing fee on deposits. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available to players whose accounts have completed KYC verification and whose requested funds are derived from real-money deposits or cleared winnings (not uncleared bonus funds).
• Withdrawal processing times are as follows: Indonesian bank transfers — 1 to 24 hours; e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) — typically within 1 hour during business hours.
• mt966 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50.000.000 per transaction. This may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your verified KYC documentation. mt966 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• mt966 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mt966 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Eligibility: Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are stated clearly on the promotion detail page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the mt966 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. • Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the bonus being voided.
• Abuse Prevention: mt966 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil requirements with minimal risk, collusion between players to trigger referral bonuses, and use of software to exploit promotional mechanics. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus voided, affected winnings removed, and their account reviewed for permanent suspension.
• Right to Withdraw: mt966 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without advance notice, where it determines the promotion has been compromised by abuse or technical error.

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the mt966 platform, spanning sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and all other game verticals:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by mt966. A bet is only confirmed once a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed in your account transaction history. mt966 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type, event, and market. Current stake limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. mt966 may adjust stake limits for individual players based on betting patterns or account tier.
• Errors and Manifest Mistakes: In the event that a price or odds are published in error due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure, mt966 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Settlement of bets at clearly erroneous prices does not create a binding obligation on mt966.
• Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are subject to short acceptance delays to account for data latency. Bets placed after the outcome of a live event has been determined but before the platform has updated — due to data feed lag — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Abandonment and Postponement: For sports betting, if a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum playing time required for settlement has elapsed, bets will be voided and stakes returned, unless mt966's specific sport rules state otherwise for the market in question.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more legs are void, the accumulator odds are recalculated using the remaining valid selections. Minimum and maximum leg counts, and minimum odds per leg, are stated in the sportsbook betting rules.
• RNG Games: All random number generator (RNG) games — including slot games, virtual table games, and instant-win titles — use certified RNG technology and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentages published by the respective game studios. Game outcomes are independent and cannot be influenced by previous results.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mt966 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Systematic Arbitrage: Placing bets across multiple platforms simultaneously to exploit pricing discrepancies in a systematic, commercial manner. Casual matched betting for personal use is evaluated on a case-by-case basis but systematic, high-volume arbitrage activity will result in stake restrictions or account closure.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to legitimate mt966 transactions. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the mt966 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of mt966 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mt966 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mt966 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, technical failures, data feed errors, or delays beyond mt966's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, payment gateway outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or data published on the platform, including pricing errors subsequently corrected under Clause 7.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress, arising from your use of or inability to use the mt966 platform.
• The conduct, content, or practices of third-party game studios, payment processors, or data providers whose services are integrated into the mt966 platform.

In all cases where mt966's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable Indonesian or international consumer protection law, mt966's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an mt966 account, you consent to mt966 processing your personal data for the following purposes:
